If you’re spinning your wheels trying to clarify your ideal client or create offers that actually land—this episode is your blueprint.
I’m going to pull back the curtain on the exact method I used to identify and validate my niche using 1:1 market research interviews.
You’ll learn:
- The real mindset shift that helps you confidently reach out for market research calls—without worrying about “bothering people”.
- How to find the right people for your interviews—even if you’re starting from scratch.
- The exact questions to ask that will give you magnetic content ideas and instant offer clarity.
So let’s dive in to the post.
You’re Not “Bothering People.” You’re Running a Business.
Before I go too deep into the strategy, we’ve got to make sure your mindset is set up for success. Because until your mindset is solid- you won’t actually follow through with the strategy.
Why? You are too afraid to “put yourself out there” for market research calls.
And that’s why market research calls are the perfect litmus test for your commitment.
Because if you are not willing to put yourself out there for market research calls, you are not willing to do what’s required to build a business.
Period.
You may think “I’m not afraid, I just don’t want to bother people”.
Ok sure. You don’t want to bother people.
Whatever the reason is…. we need to shift it.
You’re Not “Bothering People.” You’re Running a Business.
This is the first mindset shift I need to drive home: you are not forcing, annoying, or harassing anyone.
People can say no. That’s their right.
Your job? Is to reach out and ask.
You are not bothering people. You are a business owner. You are running a business.
This is not about your feelings. This is a screening tool. If you’re not willing to put yourself out there to ask for these calls, you’re not willing to do what it takes to grow.
